According to a recent JustWatch report, Prime Video comes in at number one in market share among Canadian users, officially knocking Netflix from the top spot. Amazon Prime Video led with almost a quarter of the Canadian market at 24 per cent, while Netflix came in at second place with 23 per cent market share.
The report is based on data from 2.3 million monthly users on JustWatch in Canada, analyzing their streaming preferences, engagement with streaming offers and the titles they’ve marked as seen. 1. Prime Video, 24 per cent
As Canada’s top streaming service, Prime Video is your go-to for movies, TV shows, live TV and Monday Night Hockey games. The service comes included with an Amazon Prime membership.
