"It may have been fine if I had gone down to the restaurant. But I am a current hotel guest and apparently this restaurant handles the room service and this room service breakfast it is horrible - cold, horribly presented, take out containers and plastic cutlery instead of real plates and real silverware etc. etc. - AND despite calling them and telling them I was unhappy about this and I didn't get my coffee I ordered *I Still* I never did get the coffee. I had walk down to Starbucks and go get some coffee. Ridiculousness."

"We visited from another hotel and the Byrn Grille did not disappoint! The Mahi fish tacos were amazing. Maria and Sarah took such wonderful care of us, even getting us a private dining room for our anniversary dinner. 10 stars!"
